Ibérico ham & shaved Rock Star salad
Sweet and nutty Ibérico ham is the perfect flavour match for Rock Star, our vintage cave-aged Cheddar. They’re joined by red chicory, heritage tomatoes, toasted nuts and finely sliced courgette, lightly charred on the barbecue, in this luxurious summer dish.
