We’re having a mini celebration here at Snowdonia Cheese Co – it’s been a whole year since we first introduced our delicious cheese bakes! And the timing is perfect. Until 29th September, we’re offering 10% off nearly everything* – including our cheese bakes – in our online shop.

Presented in reusable terracotta ramekins, our cheese bakes are designed to be served hot from the oven as a delicious dip for sharing.

Black Bomber Welsh Rarebit Cheese Bake

This Great Taste Award winner reimagines the classic Welsh rarebit with our signature Black Bomber extra mature Cheddar, wholegrain mustard, craft ale and tangy Worcestershire sauce. A velvety cheese dip, it’s delicious served with rustic sourdough, apple slices and your favourite craft ale.

Rock Star Cheese & Wine Bake

This creamy dip – previously named Rock Star Fondue Cheese Bake – won a gold medal at the International Cheese & Dairy Awards 2024 for good reason. A symphony of Rock Star vintage cave-aged Cheddar, cracked black pepper and Sauvignon Blanc, it makes an indulgent sharing treat when matched with crusty baguette, crudités and a chilled white wine.
