Give baked ham a temptingly sweet glaze with a sauce created with our Pear, Date & Cognac Chutney. Combined with brown sugar, Dijon mustard and a splash of cognac, brandy or bourbon, it gives a wonderful finishing touch to this classic dish.

METHOD

  1.  Combine all ingredients into a small sauce pan and heat to incorporate all ingredients. Remove from heat when everything is warm and starting to bubble. Set aside.
  2. Spoon over the ham for the final 15 minutes of cooking – leave uncovered in oven for optimum browning.
