Crisp, golden fries. Velvety fondue. This indulgent poutine is the ultimate comfort food, combining crispy skin-on and sweet potato fries with the rich, melty goodness of Rock Star Cheese & Wine Bake. Topped with fresh spring onions or chives and served with a side of hot gravy, it’s great for serving with fried chicken or a simple green salad.
METHOD
Preheat the oven to 190°C fan/170°C/Gas 5.
Cook the Rock Star Cheese & Wine Bake according to the pack instructions. Cook the skin-on and sweet potato fries in the oven at the same time.
Heat the gravy while the chips are cooking.
When the fries are ready, toss them together in a big bowl.
Pour over the cheese bake then scatter over some spring onions and/or chives and serve with a jug of gravy at the side for pouring over the poutine.
