Simple yet luxurious, these charming canapés are an excellent party starter or nibble to serve with pre-dinner drinks. Creamy Rock Star vintage cave-aged Cheddar pairs beautifully with the sweetness of Fig & Apple chutney, fresh figs and sprigs of rosemary as the topping for a crunchy cracker.
METHOD
Take the cheese out of the fridge for at least half an hour to allow it to reach room temperature.
Spread a buttermilk cracker with Fig & Apple Chutney, top with a generous slice of Rock Star and half a ripe fig.
Garnish with a small sprig of rosemary and serve
