Upgrade the humble jacket potato with Black Bomber, our signature extra mature Cheddar, and our traditionally made Balsamic Caramelised Onion Chutney. Simply scoop out the centre of the baked spud, combine it with the grated cheese and a generous dollop of chutney, pop it back in the potato and bake until melting and golden. It makes a wonderful weeknight side dish.

METHOD

  1. Wash potatoes and bake in hot oven until cooked through.
  2. Split potatoes in half and scoop out flesh into a bowl
  3. Mix in grated cheese and gently fold through chutney
  4. Pile the filling back into the potato skins
  5. Bake in a hot oven 190/Gas 5 for approximately 5 minutes until golden brown and piping hot
