A cheesy twist on a classic side. Crispy on the outside and fluffy within, each potato is partially sliced, baked and topped with slivers of rich and creamy Black Bomber extra mature Cheddar. A simple yet indulgent accompaniment for roasted meats, grilled steak or your favourite barbecue dishes.

METHOD

  1. Pre-heat oven to 200°c or gas mark 6
  2. Shave the Black Bomber into thin slices
  3. Thinly slice 3/4 way into the potatoes horizontally, place on a baking tray, brush with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the shavings of Black Bomber liberally over the top.
  6. Return to the oven and bake for a further 20 minutes until the potatoes are soft and the cheese has melted.
