These mini cheeseboards are a stylish way to showcase Snowdonia’s finest cheeses. A selection of Rock Star, Truffle Trove and Black Bomber Cheddars are complemented by sweet pears, figs, dried apricots and crunchy walnuts. Serve with sliced sourdough and a generous spoonful of Fig & Apple Chutney for a truly indulgent sharing platter.
METHOD
- Take the cheeses out of the fridge for at least half an hour to allow them to reach room temperature.
- Remove the sticky labels from the cheese and cut into wedges or cubes (please see our cutting guide for step-by-step instructions) before placing on the sharing board.
- Place the jar of chutney on the sharing board (or decant into bowls if preferred).
- Add the dried apricots, sliced pears, grapes and walnuts, followed by the sliced sourdough.
