Célébrez les saveurs du Welsh rarebit classique dans ce gratin de fromage chaud, combinant le Black Bomber, notre cheddar extra-mûr primé, avec de la bière brune, de la moutarde à l'ancienne et de la sauce Worcestershire. Il constitue une délicieuse trempette pour les bâtonnets de céleri et le poivron rouge en tranches épaisses.
METHOD
1. Place cheese in a food processor and blend to a fine crumb then sprinkle over corn flour. Mix until evenly coated.
2. Add all remaining ingredients and mix to a smooth paste.
3. Place in a small shallow ovenproof baking dish and press down to get a smooth surface.
4. Bake at 180 degrees for approximately 15-20 mins until golden and bubbling.
5. Use a sheet of kitchen towel to remove any excess oil, allow to cool slightly and then serve immediately with tear & share bread.
6. Delicious served with celery sticks and thick sliced red pepper
