METHOD

  1. Take the cheese out of the fridge for at least half an hour to allow it to reach room temperature.
  2. Place the jar of chutney on the sharing board or decant into a bowl if preferred.
  3. Add the cheese, ham, tomatoes, apple, pickled onions to the board followed by slices of sourdough.
