We make every effort to ensure all items are available. Occasionally, due to high demand or supply delays, a specific product may become unavailable. If this happens, we may substitute it with an alternative of equal or greater quality and value to ensure your hamper remains exceptional.
We can deliver your order to any address in mainland UK for just £6.00 – delivery is FREE for all orders of £35 & over unless a named day service is selected.
We deliver throughout mainland UK only, excluding PO or BFPO Boxes, Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands and UK Islands. Deliveries take place from Tuesday to Friday.Christmas delivery cut-off:
Please order by 6pm on 21st of December 2026 to receive your order in time for Christmas.Standard Delivery:
Delivered within 2 – 4 working days Tuesday to Friday if ordered by 2pm. £6.00 or free if you spend £35 or over.Named Day and Next Day Delivery:
Delivered on a day of your choice Tuesday to Friday for just £6.00.
Saturday and Sunday delivery:
Delivery on your chosen Saturday (only available for mainland UK). Order needs to be placed by 1pm on Friday if ordering for the following Saturday. £9.00.

"The cheese hamper was an anniversary gift and we paid for delivery on a specific date which was confirmed. Unfortunately on the day of expected delivery we receive a message to say it was now arriving the next day which was disappointing. The hamper looked good but would not order again from you as it did not arrive on the expected and originally confirmed date which we had paid extra for."

"I ordered a three month cheese subscription only to find that the advertised price didn’t cover delivery so absolutely no point. I have emailed twice asking for a refund and heard nothing. No contact details on website. Might have to go to the small claims court! I would avoid at all costs!"
