Black Bomber – the cheese that started it all back in 2001 – remains a firm fan favourite. This multi-award-winning extra mature Cheddar, still crafted in small batches using our original recipe, has an amazing creaminess and deeply savoury flavour that keep it at the top of our bestseller list.
It’s joined by Rock Star, our vintage Cheddar, which completes its 18-month maturation inside Welsh slate caverns; Truffle Trove, our luxuriously rich extra mature Cheddar infused with Italian Black Summer truffle; and Green Thunder, a gloriously savoury mature Cheddar with roasted garlic and aromatic garden herbs.
