For a Mother’s Day surprise, create an elegant afternoon tea grazing board starring a selection of award-winning cheeses, fruity chutney, Belgian chocolates, fresh berries and cream scones with sweet strawberry preserve – all served with a hot cup of tea. 

  1. Cut the Black Bomber and Bouncing Berry cheeses into slices, wedges and crumbles.
  2. Arrange them on a large serving platter or wooden board.
  3. Neatly arrange the crackers and decant the chutney into a small bowl to place on the board.
  4. Scatter the fresh fruit around the board.
  5. Arrange the scones at the centre of the platter, accompanied by ramekins of strawberry preserve and thick clotted cream.
  6. Add a selection of Belgian chocolates in a small dish.
  7. Brew your tea just before serving, and pour into china cups or a favourite teapot.
